摘要随着市场经济的不断发展和人民生活水平的提高，人们对社区管理的要求也变得俞来俞高。但是目前我国仍有相当一部分的社区仍然停留在人工管理的阶段，这样的管理机制已经不适应现在的时代发展。社区在实际工作中，需要登记、录入的信息工作量非常大，并且无法及时准确地查找到所需要的社区信息。这样的管理方式会浪费许多的人力和物力。为此，开发出社区信息管理系统，实现对社区的电子化管理，不仅可以让社区从现有繁重的手工录入、查询的工作中解脱出来，很好地提高工作效率，而且可以让业主更好的了解个人的社区信息。52710

通过调查了解当前一些知名的社区管理系统的需求和页面布局，明确了社区信息管理系统的开发过程、所需要的模块设计以及各模块下需要的功能需求。

本社区信息管理系统将采用Visual Studio 2010作为系统开发平台，SQL Server 2008 R2作为系统数据管理，ASP.NET作为服务器脚本文件。本系统包括两个模块：社区业主模块、社区管理人员模块。业主模块为业主提供注册登录、信息查询、报修服务、投诉建议等功能；社区管理人员模块为管理员工及业主的信息并设置权限、信息维护、投诉维修信息管理等功能。

Abstract With the continuous development of market economy and people's living standards improve, people management requirements of the community to become Yu Yu high.
