摘要本次人力资源服务系统能够满足人力资源的基本管理要求，同时系统的设计比较人性化、利于操作，但是还是存在地方不是很完美，比如这个系统相对来说太小，不能面面俱到，有些小的细节处理的不是很到位。
本次人力资源服务系统的设计与实现，采用现在比较流行的B/S模式构建，开发工具为MyEclipse，服务器为Tomcat，数据库为MySql，采用SSH3大框架完成系统的设计和实现，运用Java语言对后台的操作。本次系统相对来说还是比较全面，介绍了人力资源服务系统的总体方案，然后介绍了主要功能模块及其相关实现技术，以及系统每个功能模块实现的功能都有哪些。真正做到了对人力资源的服务功能。52853
