摘 要 ：进入21世纪以来，我国高等教育由精英教育步入大众化教育，大学生就业也步入“双向选择、自主择业”的新阶段。近年来，就业形势严峻，“选择职业的恐慌”也已经成为大学生中普遍面临的问题之一。针对大学生就业形势的“供大于求，形势严峻” 的特点，本设计采用了visual studio 2012 for web 的开发工具 ，设计开发了应届生求职网站。所设计的网站具有三个功能模块，会员管理模块具有个人、企业用户登录、注册、填写简历，进入个人管理中心的功能，求职招聘模块具有信息搜索、个人企业发布求职招聘信息的功能，系统管理模块中管理员具有审核个人企业信息、管理站内信息和查看网站投票的功能。54446

Abstract： Since the twenty-first Century, China's higher education has entered from elite education into mass education and the employment of university students has also entered the new stage of two-way choice, the independent choosing profession. In recent years, the employment situation is pretty grim. The panic of choosing occupation has become one of the common problems most university students are faced with. According to the characteristics of employment situation for university students which is oversupply and also grim, we use the development tools of visual studio 2012 for web to design and develop employment website for the graduates. The design of the website has three function modules. Member management module has a function which allows the personal and enterprise users to log in, register and fill out the resume, as well as into the personal management center. Job recruitment module has the function of information searching, inpidual or enterprise users issuing recruitment information. System management module administrator has the function of auditing personal and enterprise information, managing station information and examining web voting.
