摘 要: 近些年以来，随着我国改革开放的深入发展以及人民生活水平的不断提升，我国的社会福利彩票事业亦跟随着迅猛发展。双色球是其中一项很有发展前途与技术含量的彩票，因此市场需要有一套完善的彩票数据采集系统。本系统使用C#实现，最终以Excel表格和文本文档的形式呈现。主要是为彩民提供双色球彩票的数据采集，即双色球的本期当前购买的所有彩票号码的采集。其中包括了双色球常见的普通，胆拖，合买等多种类型。本软件对本期所有购买的双色球彩票号码进行采集与统计的同时，还会对本期的中奖号码做出预测。本软件对当期双色球彩票号码进行预测，避免广大彩民盲目的购买彩票，为彩民购买彩票提供了较为科学的依据。54544

Abstract: In recent years, with the deepening of reform and opening development and constantly improve the people's living standards, social welfare lottery industry in our country also with rapid development. The system is implemented on C#, Excel in the final table with a text document format. It is mainly to provide data acquisition double color ball lottery, the current buy all lottery number collection. Including the double chromo sphere, there are Dantuo, common buy and other types. In this software, collection and statistics for the period all buy double color ball lottery number at the same time, but also on the issue of the winning number forecast. 20世纪80年代以来，随着改个开放的深入发展，我国国民经济进入到了一个有史以来最为迅猛的发展时期。新中国的彩票事业起源于80年代中期，一些工商业、事业单位发行的奖券。因为缺乏有效的管理，一些单位趁此机会推销一些残次、积压商品，设立巨奖，以此来助长人们的投机心理，并且借此牟利，破坏社会风气。
