摘 要：随着计算机应用技术的成熟和通信信息的技术的不断发展，通讯录成了比不可少的工具，通信成为了信息传播的重要媒体。为了方便信息管理，制作了一个通讯录信息管理系统。通过计算机管理可以使用户对联系人的信息资料进行有效的分类和归总,与此同时，网络通信和多媒体技术丰富了通讯录系统功能应用，满足了更多的需求。本系统设计采用C# .NET winform窗体平台和SQL SERVER数据库实现相结合来实现管理联系方式信息。再结合了C#网络应用编程技术实现即时通讯，以及多媒体技术。本系统分为以下几个功能模块：信息管理模块，信息通讯模块，在线浏览和多媒体技术模块。56332
