摘 要：人事薪资是企业的核心资源，实现企业的科学化、正规化管理,与世界接轨的重要条件就是要提高企业人事薪资管理的效率。本系统拟开发一个中小企业人事薪资管理系统，规划的系统功能包括用户管理，人事管理：档案管理，奖罚管理，调动管理，考评管理，工资管理：考勤津贴，工资总结，系统管理：部门管理。有鉴于简单操作和界面的可视化的优势，并借助于网络的优势。本系统采用Asp.Net+SQL Server 2005 数据库来完成某企业人事薪资管理系统的设计与实现,通过数据操作模块能对本系统的相关信息进行各种操作，界面直观简洁。56342
