摘  要：随着市场竞争的日趋激烈，完善的内部管理已经成为公司增强竞争力的关键。本文从公司一体化信息管理系统的市场需求出发，寻求更加适应用户需求的系统，通过进行了系统的规划及数据库的分析与设计，然后基于ASP.NET编程环境完成了主要功能模块的设计，有效地实现了信息的综合管理，系统主要包括员工信息管理、工资管理、公告管理和留言板管理等功能模块，论文最后提出关于如何更好地实现公司内部的互动，提升公司的整体向心力与凝聚力的问题，并提出了具体的解决办法。56344

Abstract：With the increasingly fierce market competition, improve internal management has become the key competitiveness of the company.This paper is based on market demand of the intergration of information from the company management system.It seeks for the system that can carter for user's needs.Based on the ASP.NET programing environment, through the system planning and the database of the analysis and design completed the main function module design.It realizes the integrated management of information effectively.The system mainly includes many functions module,such as the employee information management,the salary information management,public announcement management,message management and so on. The paper finally put forward the correct solution to realize the interaction between internal company and enhance the overall contripetal force and cohesiveness of the company.
