摘 要: 基于学校学生信息具有数量众多、信息情况复杂等特点，本文针对传统信息工作繁琐复杂、人工需求量大等问题，设计了一种采用C#语言，以Microsoft SQL Server 2008作为后台数据库设计开发了学生信息管理系统（SMIS)。学生信息管理系统（SMIS)是典型的信息管理系统 (MIS),其功能模块包括系统设置模块、学生学籍信息管理模块、班级信息管理模块、成绩信息管理模块、课程信息管理模块、缴费信息管理模块。系统设置模块主要包括用户的添加、密码修改以及用户删除；学生学籍信息模块主要实现了学生档案的添加、查询、注销以及注销信息还原等功能；成绩信息模块包括学生信息的增加、删除、查询以及数据的批量导入导出等功能；缴费信息管理模块实现了学生缴费信息的增加、查询以及所欠费用的交付等。该系统可以将信息规范管理，大大提高学校日常工作效率，使学校的管理正规化、科学化，具有广阔的应用前景。56975

Abstract：This thesis will introduce the design of Student Management Information System (SMIS) which mainly uses Microsoft SQL Server 2008 as the backend database and be written by the C# language. The aim of the design is to simplify the workload and reduce the human consumption of tradition system in the case of vast and complicated students’ information. SMIS is a sort of classic Management Information System (MIS), the function modules of which mainly includes system settings, student management, class management, grade management, curriculum management and fee management. The function of system settings module is to add new managers, change passwords and administrators’ withdrawal. Student management module is feasible for administrator to increase, query, logout and recover the students’ record. Grade management module is including increasing, deleting, querying importing and exporting students’ information. Fee management module is about increasing and querying the fee information and the pay of fees owed. This promising system will realize the normal management which will greatly improve schools’ working efficiency and make the school management standardization and scientific.
