摘要：随着互联网技术的不断发展，越来越多的人喜欢从网络中获取新闻等信息，因此设计一个新闻发布系统是十分必要的。本系统利用asp.net，sql2008和vs2010等开发工具实现了普通用户只能浏览新闻，注册用户可以浏览新闻并且评论等前台功能及系统管理，新闻信息管理，友情链接管理，注册用户管理，系统安全管理等后台功能。本文首先对系统设计的需求和要求进行了分析，然后将系统中主要部分实现方法接着做了较为详细的介绍；最后针对系统进行了调试并就系统存在的问题提出了改进方案。57123

Abstract：With the continuous development of Internet technology, more and more people like to get news and other information from the network, so to design a news release system is very necessary. This system uses asp.net, sql2008, vs2010 and development tool to realize the ordinary users can only browse news, registered users can browse the news and commentary functions and systems management, such as the front desk news information management, the friendship link management, registered user management, system security management functions such as the background.This paper discusses the design of the system and realization process, first on system design demand and requirements are analyzed, and then introduces the method to realize the system part then do a more detailed introduction and with code and picture; Finally, according to the system test and put forward improving direction.

1 引言

1.1课题背景

随着信息技术的发展，网络已经深入到人们的日常生活工作中。据统计截止2013年12，我国网民规模达到了6.18亿，全年新增网民共计5358万人。互联网普及率为45.8%，较2012年底提升3.7个百分点。[1]随着互联网基础设施的逐渐完善，我国网民的数量也是逐年增加，在网民增加的同时对信息量的需求也在不断增加，尤其表现在对各种新闻的需求不断增多。
