摘要：如今，随着社会的快速发展，越来越多的人居住在现代化小区。而随之带来的问题和麻烦也增加了很多。比如查询欠缴费用，设备维护，住户信息管理登记，车位登记与报修服务等等。开发一个小区物业管理系统能更好的帮助管理小区，提高智能化的管理，减少不必要的问题和麻烦，创建一个美好的现代化小区。本系统运用ASP.NET技术并结合SQL Server2008后台数据库的功能开发设计的小区物业管理系统。该系统实现了用户登录，设备维修与投诉服务等功能。最后对本系统进行了测试并分析了测试结果。57289

Abstract：Nowadays, with the rapid development of society, more and more people are living in modern community. And then the problems and trouble also increased a lot。Such as outstanding fees query Equipment maintenance, household registration information management, car registration and repair services and so on. Development of a residential property management system can better help management district, improve the intellectualized management, reduce unnecessary problems and trouble, to create a modern residential area. This system uses ASP.NET technology and combined with SQL Server2008 function of backstage supporter's database development and design of community property management system. The system realized the user login, equipment maintenance and service complaints, and other functions. Finally this system was tested and analyzed the test results.
