摘要：随着计算机以及电子商务技术的不断推进和发展，人们在进行大量文件使用和保存的同时，希望可以永久并且安全的进行文档的设置。当然仅仅是纸质的文档设置早就不被现在世纪的人们所青睐，于是伴随着电子商务产生的电子合同开始发展起来，作为逐渐开始流行起来的电子合同，不断的被更多的企业所使用，并且大量的软件开发者也开始研究这个课题。作为一款比较受欢迎的电子软件，它不仅需要很高的安全性，来保证双方在达成协议后无法更改相应的信息。更需要具备一定的时效性，这样可以使协议双方都可以有效的查看内容。电子合同比较方便且在数据库添加进去后，可以使合同的数量增多，改变了传统纸质合同携带不方便的弊端。58790

本文立足于电子商务发展的现状，依托计算机科学技术以及传播的工具，进行了需求分析及数据库的分析与设计，从而实现系统主要模块的完成和顺利应用，推进合同的发展。本系统在VS2010的开发环境下，通过C#语言并结合了Sql Server 2008数据库，采用了三层架构。本系统主要实现的功能是对于管理员、员工信息以及合同信息的管理，主要是增删改查，还有最关键的便是签名技术的实现

The system under development environment VS2010, C # language and through a combination of Sql Server 2008 database, using a three-tier architecture. The main function is for administrators, staff information, and information management contracts, primarily CRUD, and to achieve the most critical is the signature technology.
