本设计利用JSP技术和数据库技术，设计一种基于Web的教学评测系统。系统分为三类用户，分别是学生、教师和管理员。学生可以在网上对教师进行综合方面的打分，教师可以查看学生对自己的评分结果，管理员可以对学生和教师的信息进行查询和统计，同时可以查看学生对教师的评分结果。查询可根据查询条件的不同显示不同的查询结果，同时也可根据统计要求显示不同的结果。
