摘要： 随着社会不断进步和发展，生活节奏不断加快，居民小区业主和物业之间的信息及时沟通交流日益重要。我们立足于物业管理的基础上，使得这个系统能在网站上运作。实现对客户、物业信息的管理，提供更加简单，方便的操作平台，而设计了小区物业内部管理平台。本系统采用JSP技术与SQL server 2000数据库等技术，设计和开发了这一小区物业内部管理系统，实现了对客户、物业信息的管理，提供更加简单方便的操作平台。该系统主要有物业信息管理、用户信息管理、公告栏信息管理、系统管理等后台模块，还具有浏览、信息查询、查看个人信息等前台模块。一方面，用户可以通过注册账号，进行报修、投诉、修改密码等操作。另一方面，管理员可以进行物业管理、报表统计、基本资料管理、数据添加、修改和删除。通过性能测试，该系统具有操作简单、灵活性好、运行稳定的特点。在实际应用当中，可以根据具体的需求情况，对本系统适当修改即可。62233
