摘要当今时代是信息爆炸式发展的时代，技术正在以不可阻挡的态势席卷各个行业，作为技术发展的核心，信息数据的管理日益成为重中之重。时也会让人们对工作的热情为之增加，这就使得信息管理系统的研发成为重点。这几年来，高校的竞争日益白热化，由传统的教育硬实力比拼转到各个软实力上面，同时软实力的强化大大地提高人们对高校地位的认可程度。在这其中，各个高校不约而同的开始重视自己的科研水平，这使得科研信息管理系统的研发十分迫切，这是高校吸引生源的热点，传统的依赖于手工办公的管理方式被遗弃，科研管理进入信息化时代。62365

本系统使用MyEclipse为主要开发工具，MySQL为数据库管理系统，Java为程序设计语言，MVC为设计开发模式，JSP与JavaBean分别作为显示层和模型层技术。合理设计并实现了登录注册、学术活动、项目管理、专利管理、著作管理、论文管理等6大模块。实现用户的登录、注册功能，以及对学术活动、项目、专利、著作和论文的各种操作和管理。投入到高校的日常工作中，为高校的科研建设作出重要贡献。

本文主要对科研信息管理系统的设计开发过程做进一步的分析，从开发工具的选择到系统的详细设计，从系统整体结构到具体的逻辑功能进行全方面的总结，最终实现系统的稳定运行。
