网上购物管理系统是以数据库技术为基础，存储数据、查询数据、显示数据等行为都是通过数据库这一关键技术来实现的，以JAVA为核心开发语言，结合JSP网页开发脚本语言开发完成的。该系统克服了传统网上购物管理模式的缺陷，突出了交互性、实时性、有效性和人性化等特点。该系统采用了人性化的设计理念和科学的评价指标体系，用户可以随时登陆该系统，查阅网上购物的相关信息，保证了获取网上购物的时效性。
