基于数据挖掘技术的专利信息分析及应用研究

摘要专利信息是在专利文献的基础上，对专利文献的主要内容进行加工、标引、统计、分析、整合以及转化而形成的各种信息。专利信息分析，是指利用各种工具将专利文献中的包含的各种信息进行科学的加工处理，进一步的挖掘剖析，形成具有较高技术与商业价值的专利情报。基于数据挖掘技术的专利信息分析即以专利数据以及期刊文献为研究对象, 将专利信息的技术内容集成化、数据化, 然后进行加工和分析, 将有用的、新颖的信息识别出来，最终转换成可以理解的知识。64310

本文首先对数据挖掘和专利信息分析进行了概述，总结了数据挖掘的主要任务、流程以及方法，阐述了专利信息和专利信息分析的相关概念。然后对摩托车行业的专利信息进行了初步分析，总结了摩托车行业专利申请现状。之后阐述了聚类分析的过程、方法以及运用到的技术，重点对雅马哈公司的专利信息进行了聚类分析和关联规则挖掘，指出了雅马哈公司专利申请的之间的关联性以及各技术主题之间的相关性，并进行了解释说明。

Title Research on Patent Information Analysis and Application based on Data Mining Technology

Abstract Patent information is based on the patent literature, the main content of the patent document processing, indexing, statistical analysis, integration and conversion and the formation of various types of information. Analysis of patent information, that is, the technical information contained in patent documents, kinds of information through scientific processing, sorting and analysis, depth of excavation and careful analysis, the formation of patent information with high technical and commercial value. Patent Information Analysis Based on Data Mining patent data as well as journal articles as the object of study, the technical content of the patent information integration, data, and processing and analysis to identify valid, novel, potentially useful, and ultimately intelligible knowledge of the process.

Firstly, This thesis outlined data mining and patent information analysis，and summarized the major tasks, processes and methods of data mining, elaborated patent information analysis and patent information related concepts. Then patent information of the motorcycle industry conducted a preliminary analysis. Summarizes the status of patent applications in motorcycle industry. After elaborated processes, methods and applied techniques of clustering analysis. Focus on cluster analysis and association rule mining of Yamaha's patent information, pointed out the correlation of Yamaha's patented and the correlation of technical topics and carried out an explanation.
