摘 要：随着我国房地产行业的快速发展，为了提高网络房源信息管理和信息处理能力，本文设计了租房信息管理系统，为房产中介和需要出租的房主提供了一个信息服务的平台。房主和房产经纪人可以通过租房信息管理系统发布出租信息，客户可以通过网站查找到自己需要的房源信息。在B/S架构下，我们采用Microsoft Visual Studio.NET 2010开发出租房信息管理系统。用户可以登录本网站了解最新的租房信息，可以查看相关新闻，查询房源信息和发布租房信息等。65064

Abstract：With the rapid development of China's real estate industry, in order to improve the availability of network housing information management and information processing capabilities, this article designed a rent information management system, and the system provides a platform for information services for housing intermediary and the homeowners who want to rent houses.
