jsp+mysql网上房屋出租系统设计

摘要：近些年来我国房屋出租事业蓬勃发展，通过计算机系统来管理房屋的出租，可以解决大量房产信息的查询和管理，便于更好的进行物业管理，同时也为租房者提供方便。这样，使原本复杂的房产、租金、合同信息简单化。网上房屋出租系统正是为此而设计的。本系统包括会员信息管理，出租信息管理，求租信息管理和留言信息管理。系统前台主要使用JSP作为开发语言，后台使用MySql作为数据库管理系统，开发工具是MyEclipse，服务器采用tomcat，开发出一个基于Web技术的B/S结构的集房屋信息发布、查询于一体的管理系统。65748
