摘要为清晰地描述产品设计的知识,提高经验知识重用和工艺知识管理水平,本文借鉴和吸收本体论,深入探索了基于本体的面向产品设计的知识检索和推理技术。针对产品设计过程中的专家经验知识,总结了逻辑关系推理和设计参数束推理,提出了面向产品设计的本体推理框架,详细分析了设计规则到推理规则的转换流程。在此基础上,重点构建了一个产品部件机械手本体,通过构建Jena和SWRL规则库,分别利用Jena、Pellet、Jess推理机针对产品设计目标进行了知识推理,实现了机械手控制系统的动力源部件选择和设计参数的控制,验证了面向产品设计本体推理框架的推理可行性和有效性。此外还利用本体查询语言SPARQL和SQWRL,开展了基于机械手本体模型的概念、实例和逻辑关系的知识检索。66175

Title    Knowledge Retrieval and Reasoning technology Research based on Ontology                   

Abstract

In order to clearly describe the knowledge of product design , improve empirical knowledge reuse and process knowledge management level, the paper learn and absorb the ontology, deeply explore knowledge retrieval and reasoning techniques for product design based on ontology. For the expert experience in product design process, the paper sum up the logical reasoning and the constraint reasoning of design parameters,and propose a specific reasoning frame for product design based on ontology and inference rules,then detailed analyze a convert process from design rules into the rules for reasoning. On this basis, specially building a product ontology of the manipulator, By building Jena and SWRL rule base, using Jena, Pellet, Jess inference engine reasoning knowledge against design goals for the product, to achieve a power source component selection and design parameters control of manipulator product, and validate the feasibility and effectiveness of ontology reasoning framework for product design. In addition, using ontology query language SPARQL and SQWRL to conduct the concept, examples and logical relationship knowledge retrieval based on manipulator models.
