摘要群决策中的意见分歧现象受到越来越广泛的关注。决策方案的多元化、决策成员的复杂化，无一不使得意见分歧成为群决策过程中的一个最为普遍的现象。尽管决策领导们希望决策群体能够尽量统一意见，从而达到最高的决策效率，但是决策过程中出现的过度的群体思维现象会导致群体决策不能够按照理性的程序进行。66679
因而，在决策过程中对于逆群体思维的“另类专家思维”的研究，显然可以最大限度弥补这一现象带来的损失，使得决策群体的最终决策结果更加全面，能够更好的发挥群体决策的优势。
本文详细阐述了分歧意见存在的必要性，论述了分析分歧意见的意义，对比分析两种已存的群决策中专家意见分歧的判定研究方案，提出了新的判定方案。
