本文从高校招生的现状出发，分析了系统的研究背景，阐述了实现特殊类型招生信息化的必要性，最后以软件工程思想为理论基础，重点论述了特殊类型招生管理系统设计及实现的过程。
特殊类型招生系统采用B/S模式，利用ASP.NET为开发平台，IIS作为WEB服务器，Mysql作为关系数据库。在前端界面中使用了DIV+CSS3.0进行页面样式设计，并引用了JQuery框架美化页面的交互效果。系统涵盖了信息发布、报名、考试、审核、录取5大招生工作流程的信息流处理过程， 方便了考生家长查询信息和填报志愿，且在一定程度上减轻了招生人员的工作负荷，提高了招生工作的效率。

Abstract
Enrollment is the most important work of cultivating social talents and building academic atmosphere which has more characteristics. With the development of the reform of China education. College enrollment began to move in multiple directions. Those special type of enrollment such as arts enrollment, physical Education enrollment and self-enrollment are increasing year by year.Compared with the national entrance examination, the special type of enrollment process more cumbersome, form, materials, etc. that need to be addressed far more than has been the national entrance examination.
The article departures from the status of college enrollment, first analyzed the background of enrollment system, then described the need for special types of enrollment information technology, finally, based on the theory of software engineering, designed the whole system.
The system uses B/S mode, and use ASP.NET as development platform, IIS as a Web server, MySQL as the relational database. The system uses DIV+CSS3.0 to design the page style, and JQuery framework to beautify the interaction effect of the page. The system covers information dissemination, registration, examination, audit, taking five admissions workflow information flow process, to facilitate the candidates parents' inquiries and voluntary reporting, increased enrollment the efficiency of the work.
