摘 要：随着中国经济与科技的发展，住宅小区成为居民居住的主流，所以应该要设计一个小区物业管理系统，完成小区物业管理的自动化、便捷化。该系统采用C#，SQL2008和VS2010等编写工具实现了系统管理、房屋信息管理、用户信息管理、车辆信息管理、收费信息管理、报修信息管理和投诉信息管理等功能。该文旨在介绍该系统的设计和实现的相关过程。首先，介绍了系统的研究背景和需求分析，接着介绍了系统的总体设计和详细设计，最后介绍了系统的各种测试结果。67520

Abstract：With the development of economy and technology, residential area has become the mainstream of living, it is necessary to design a residential property management system, realize the automation and facilitation of community property management .The system uses C#, SQL2008 and VS2010 programming tool to realize user information management, housing information management,vehicle information management, charge information management, repair management information and service complaints from information management and other functions. This paper aims to introduce the design and realization of the system.Firstly,it introduces the system's research background and demand analysis, then introduces the detailed design and implementation of the system, finally introduces the test result of the system .
