摘要： 医疗护工管理系统（安卓平台）是用于医院或者医疗机构提供、安排给就医患者以及家属较高水平的医疗护理服务的工作人员，其系统主要目的是在于更好的安排护工人员护理已登记的患者、以及护工人员的日常工作记录和薪资结算和患者评价。本文对此系统进行了需求分析、详细设计、前后台设计、数据库设计等，还有系统测试的相关描述。前后台都是基于ANDROIDSTUDIO开发平台，采用Java程序开发语言以及C/S架构模式，运用SQLLITE设计访问系统本地数据库，设计了该套安卓平台的医疗护工系统。在现如今的信息化时代，对于护理员工的管理，由之初的人为控制判断来安排护理员工任务以及管理，到现如今通过科学化的信息移动平台操控护理员工管理，使医院等组织机构大大减少了人为出错以及不必要的时间浪费。69503
