摘要: 本文应用小型锅炉液位监控系统作为实验教学用的实验来设计开发了基于组态王的人机界面。该设计通过对于小型锅炉液位监控系统的仿真应用,使得客户能通过画面上的简单指示来做出简单的操作就完成锅炉液位的实时数据采集和对于锅炉液位的实时控制等应用,便于用户直观明了的观察锅炉液位的变化,做到简单的人机交互功能。
本文首要分析了仿真系统的人机界面设计的设计要求和实现方法,阐述了人机界面设计的原则,并进行了系统的仿真和调试。在本文中对于系统的命令语言和变量定义没有特别强烈的要求,但是设计重点和难点在于画面的设计和画面的控制。在一次次的调整后画面可以实现转换。仿真测试结果表明:该设计满足人机界面的设计要求,使用方法简单易懂,满足使用者的需求。

The Human-machine Interface Design and Development of Experimental Teaching Simulation System Based on the King View
Abstract: In this paper, a small boiler level monitoring system what used as experimental teaching experiment designed and developed based on the configuration king of man-machine interface. The design enables customers make a simple operation through the simple instructions on the picture to complete the boiler level real-time data acquisition and the real-time control applications such as boiler level through simulation application level monitoring system for small boilers, then made the simple human-machine interaction.
First the paper analyzes the human - machine interface design of the simulation system design requirements. Second, explained the principle of man - machine interface design last made the system simulation and debugging. The system’s focus and difficulty lies in the design of the picture and the screen control while not the particularly strong demand of system’s command language and definition of variables. Pictures can be achieved conversion in a time of adjustment. The simulation test results that the design to meet the designed requirements of the man-machine interface, that is simple to use and easy to understand and meet the needs of the users.
