摘要 “三聚氰胺”事件后，中国乳业发生了翻天覆地的变化。曾经发展迅猛的蒙牛乳业已千疮百孔，就在这个时候，中粮集团收购并为蒙牛乳业带来了全新的发展模式-同业并购式全产业链模式。与早期的产业链模式的构建不同，蒙牛乳业在构建“全产业链”模式时，主要通过资本运作进行同业并购以此来扩张产业链。
本文在进行对蒙牛乳业案例的研究之前，首先对“同业并购式全产业链”模式提出了相关的理论，以此作为全文的理论基础。主要利用企业成长理论，价值链理论，协同效应理论，竞争优势理论四个理论之间的关系推导出这种模式的作用机理。然后，通过阐述可以知道，同业并购全产业链模式涉及到三个方面，包括企业的产业链，可持续发展以及产业竞争。这三个方面相互相联。最后，在案例分析中，本文主要以同业并购式全产业链模式在蒙牛乳业中的运用为例。因此，本文主要在以分析蒙牛乳业的发展状况，研究同业并购式全产业链模式对企业发展的影响以及对解决中国乳业危机的作用，并提出自己的改进意见与建议。
