摘要本文主要叙述了钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构住宅楼的 设计过程。设计 内容为 12 层剪力墙住宅楼 , 设防烈度为 7 度 , 抗震等级为三级 。 建筑内部提供住户日常生活所需相应的配套设施,建筑外形简洁明快,满足功能和抗震要求。设计使用年限为 50 年。选取了两个方向的 剪力墙并对剪力墙的四种墙体类型 : 整体墙 、 整体小开口墙 、 多肢墙以及壁式框架进行了结构计算 。 计算内容包括剪力墙截面尺寸的选取及等效刚度的计算 ; 恒载 、 活载 、 风荷载 、 地震作用作用下的剪力墙内力的计算 ; 竖向荷载作用下结构内力计算 ; 剪力墙的内力组合 ; 剪力墙的配筋 ; 楼梯的配筋计算 。 将计算结果 和PKPM 电算结果进行比较,分析误差。通过对高层剪力墙住宅楼结构内力的计算以及建筑图 、 结构图的绘制 , 全面的掌握了剪力墙结构的计算方法 , 深入的了解了所学的专业知识 , 从而提高了分析与解决实际问题的能力 , 体会到土木工程专业基本理论与生产实际以及国家规范相协调一致的密切关系。50952

Abstract This paper mainly describes the design process of the reinforced concrete shear wallstructure building. The design content is a 12 floors shear wall residential building. Theearthquake intensity is 7 degree, and the grade of antidetonation is third grade.The buildingmainly provide households with assorted facilities.Moreover,the building not only has aconcise and lively feature,but also meets the functional and seismic requirements. Thedesign service life is 50 years. I selected the two directions of the shear wall and of theshear wall ’ s four types which are integral wall, the overall small openings wall, limb walland wall mural type frame structure to calculate.The calculation content includes theselection of shear wall section size and computation of the equivalent stiffness; constantload, live load, wind load, seismic action under the action of the internal force calculation;the shear wall Vertical load, structural internal force calculation; Shear wall of internalforce combination; Shear wall reinforcement; Stair reinforcement calculation. Thecalculated results compared with PKPM computing to analyse the error.Through calculating the internal force of high-rise shear wall building and drawingthe architectural and structural working blueprint, I have mastered the method of structurecalculation,understanded the major knowledge in-depth, improved the ability of parsingand solving practical problems,realized the close relationship between civil engineeringspecialty basic theory and production practice, as well as the national standard.Keywords: Keywords: Keywords:
