摘要:以不同浓度的百菌清溶液处理小麦,分别测定百菌清连续胁迫下小麦超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的变化。本研究表明,在低剂量吡虫百菌清胁迫下,药后不同时间,低剂量百菌清处理对小麦CAT酶活性影响存在显著差异。同对照相比,药后24天32ppm百菌清显著提高了CAT酶活性,而药后26天4ppm与8ppm百菌清显著降低了CAT酶活性。药后24天与药后28天相比,小麦CAT活性显著增高。同药后22天相比,SOD酶活性在药后24天与26天分别显著下降。但是,同对照相比,实验后期酶活性在变化不显著,其可能原因是小麦对低剂量百菌清连续胁迫产生了适应,从而未能引起小麦体内抗氧化酶防御体系中酶活性的显著变化。24257

Low dose of chlorothalonil stress on antioxidant enzyme activity of Wheat
Abstract: Chlorothalonil solution to deal with different concentrations of wheat, chlorothalonil were measured under continuous stress wheat superoxide dismutase (SOD) and over-activity in catalase (CAT). This study shows that low doses of imidacloprid in chlorothalonil stress at different times after injection, low-dose treatment chlorothalonil there are significant differences in wheat affect CAT activity. Compared with the control, 24 days after the drug 32ppm chlorothalonil significantly increased CAT activity, and 26 days after the drug 4ppm and 8ppm chlorothalonil significantly reduced CAT activity. 24 days compared with 28 days after treatment, wheat CAT activity increased significantly after the drug. Compared with 22 days after the drug, SOD activity in the 24 days after treatment were significantly decreased and 26 days. However, compared with the control, post-experimental activity is not significant changes, which may be due to low doses of chlorothalonil wheat produced continuously adapt to stress, thereby causing failure of antioxidant enzyme defense system in wheat significant change in enzyme activity .
