摘要:[目的]目前园林绿化美化应用的盆栽小菊,多为露地种植,易受旱害。本研究通过对盆栽小菊的抗旱性研究,为小菊抗旱品种的筛选与推广应用提供参考。[方法]通过观察根、茎、叶外部形态和测定生理指标,包括叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、抗坏血酸过氧化酶(APX)的活性,以及膜质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量、叶绿素相对含量、可溶性蛋白质含量,对4个盆栽小菊品种(钟山雪桂、金陵红莲、金陵红玫、金陵阳光)的抗旱性进行评价。[结果]在旱胁迫过程中, 4种盆栽小菊的根系活力急剧下降;叶绿素含量总体呈现先升后降的趋势;结合外部形态的观察表明,金陵阳光和金陵红玫较为抗旱,金陵红莲和钟山雪桂较为不抗旱。[结论]通过抗旱性研究,发现金陵阳光是适宜在上海地区生长、具有优异抗逆性的品种,可用于大面积的推广应用。24439

Drought Resistance in Potted Chrysanthemum
Abstract: [Objective] The present study was to assess the drought resistance of Potted Chrysanthemum, and to offer a theoretical support for their selection, extension and application. [Method] Through morphology indexes ( observing the root, stem and leaf) and physiological indexes, including SOD, CAT, APX, MDA, the relative content of chlorophyll and soluble protein, 4 Potted Chrysanthemum(Zhongshan Xuegui, Jinling Honglian, Jinling Hongmei, Jinling Yangguang) were observation statistics for drought resistance indexes. [Result] In the process of drought stress, drought resistance identification is suitable for 22 days. The root activity of 4 Potted Chrysanthemum sharp declined. The total chlorophyll content showed the trend of first increasing and then decreasing. Combined with the observation of morphology indexes, Jinling Yangguang and Jinling Hongmei are more tolerant than the Jinling Honglian and Zhongshan Xuegui. [Conclusion] Through comparison and analysis for the 4 Potted Chrysanthemum by the study on drought resistance, it came to conclusion that Jinling Yangguang was suitable for growing in Shanghai area, with excellent resistance varieties, could be selected and extended in lager areas.
