摘要:霉菌毒素是由霉菌或真菌产生的无色、无、无臭的次级代谢产物。在养殖业中,由霉变的饲料、谷物所产生的霉菌毒素对家畜健康危害极大,其中包括对卵母细胞质量的影响进而危害家畜的生殖系统,对家畜繁殖造成了不可估量的损失。虽然已经有研究证明,霉菌毒素对动物机体的健康产生了不利的影响,但是到目前为止霉菌毒素对卵子的毒性效果没有系统的研究,物种之间对霉菌毒素的敏感性也没有比对过。为此,本课题将以猪和小鼠卵母细胞为研究对象,通过体外培养过程中添加不同种类,以及相同种类不同浓度的霉菌毒素研究其对卵子产生的毒害作用,并对比猪和小鼠卵母细胞之间对霉菌毒素的敏感性差异,为相关行业提供理论基础和技术支持。25688

The detection of toxic effects of different mycotoxins on oocytes

不同浓度霉菌毒素对卵子毒性效果的检测
引言
21世纪以来,由于我国畜牧业的快速发展,畜禽养殖逐渐由小型散养转变为规模化大型养殖,繁殖率是限制养殖成本的主要因素之一,因此,人们开始关注畜禽的生殖和它们所处环境的关系。近年来,随着科学技术的发展和相关研究的不断深入,人们已经逐渐认识到霉菌毒素给养殖业带来的严重危害。霉菌是可以生长出分枝菌丝的真菌统称,凡是在基质上生长成棉絮状、绒毛状或蜘蛛网状菌丝体的真菌都称之为“霉菌”。霉菌在自然界分布广范,种类繁多,目前约记载就有3500~10000种,而谷物中常见的霉菌大约有200种[1]。霉菌毒素(Mycotoxin)是指霉菌在其所感染的有机物中所产生的级代谢产物[2]。霉菌可生长在田间作物上,产生的毒素称为田间毒素;也可生长在加工、运输和储存等环节,分泌的毒素称为仓储毒素。饲料中常见且对人和动物危害相对严重的霉菌毒素主要有黄曲霉毒素、玉米赤霉烯酮、呕吐毒素、赭曲霉毒素、T-2毒素及伏马菌素等。其中,玉米赤霉烯酮 (ZEN)、黄曲霉毒素B1和脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(DON) 是猪饲料中存在最为广泛,危害最为严重的三种霉菌毒素。 不同浓度霉菌毒素对卵子毒性效果的检测:http://www.751com.cn/shengwu/lunwen_19572.html
