盐胁迫下大岛野路菊形态及组织结构的变化

通过比较对照和120mM NaCl 胁迫下的大岛野路菊植株发现,盐胁迫会导致其植株高度变低,茎节间变短,中部完全展开叶增厚变大,下部叶片枯萎脱落等变化

摘要:分别用0(对照),80,120,和200mM NaCl的Hoagland 水培液培养大岛野路菊幼苗,并观察、记录其长势,结果发现与对照相比,盐胁迫对大岛野路菊的生长有抑制作用,但不同浓度盐处理下的植株长势差异不显著。通过比较对照和120mM NaCl 胁迫下的大岛野路菊植株发现,盐胁迫会导致其植株高度变低,茎节间变短,中部完全展开叶增厚变大,下部叶片枯萎脱落等变化。深入研究发现,大岛野路菊叶片随着盐胁迫时间的延长,其叶片显著增厚,且是由于细胞膨大而导致;此外还发生叶片表皮细胞、栅栏组织细胞、叶柄细胞增大,气孔密度变小,表皮毛脱落,腺体破裂等现象。28067

Changes in morphology and organizational structure of chrysanthemum crassum under salt stress
Abstract: The seedlings of chrysanthemum crassum were cultivated with with 0 (control),80,120and 200 mM NaCl in Hoagland aqueous solution and observed and recorded its growth. The results showed that compared with the control, salt stress had an inhibitory effect on the growth of chrysanthemum crassum, but there was no significant difference in plant growth under different concentrations of salt. By comparison with the control and 120 mM NaCl stress ,Salt stress will lead to its plant height becomes low, stem internode shorter, the middle of the full expansion of leaf thickening, lower leaves withered and other changes. In-depth study found that the leaves of chrysanthemum crassum were significantly thickened with the prolongation of salt stress, and was due to cell enlargement. Also occurred in leaf epidermal cells, palisade tissue cells, petiole cells increased, stomatal density smaller, epidermal hair loss, gland rupture and so on.

盐胁迫下大岛野路菊形态及组织结构的变化
引言 盐胁迫通常会导致植株的形态变化,由于盐胁迫对光合的抑制和对呼吸需求的提高,会对其长势造成影响[1];植株为了保持生长,会将生长部位的盐分转移到衰老组织中[2],从而会导致老叶变黄、脱落等;在盐胁迫下,耐盐植株体内会积累水分以供细胞正常运转与稀释盐分,便会导致植株叶片、茎等器官的增厚,如毛白杨在盐胁迫下叶片显著[3],盐地碱蓬和假红树等在盐胁迫下发生叶片与茎干的增厚[4]。为防止水分流失,植株在盐胁迫下一般会选择关闭气孔,而且盐胁迫会影响植株叶片生长过程中气孔的分化,从而导致叶片气孔密度的降低,如三色苋在盐胁迫下其新生叶片的气孔密度显著降低[5]。部分植物如木槿等可以通过腺体破裂与表皮毛脱落等主动排出盐分[6]。
