摘要:黄连素有增强白血球吞噬作用、抗氧自由基作用以及降糖调脂,保肝护肝等作用,但在鱼类中的研究相对较少。为探究黄连素在团头鲂体内对脂肪代谢的调节作用,实验选取重为(80.00±0.90g)的团头鲂320尾,随机放养于16个网箱中,设计4种不同试验日粮(正常脂肪日粮、正常脂肪日粮+50mg/kg黄连素、高脂日粮、高脂日粮+50mg/kg黄连素),投喂8周。养殖实验结束后,进行生长性能、血液生化指标、细胞显微结构、脂肪代谢相关基因等的测定。结果显示,与正常脂肪日粮组相比,正常脂肪日粮添加50mg/kg黄连素,显著提高提高特定生长率、降低饵料系数。黄连素还能有效修复高脂饲料对肝脏的损害作用,提高基因表达活性。实验结果为黄连素在水产鱼类饲料中的应用提供依据。31340

Exploration of the Effect of berberine on regulating lipid metabolism of Megalobrama amblycephala
Abstract: Berberine has the effects of Enhancing phagocytosis of leukocytes antipyretic and anti-oxygen free radicals, it can also protect the liver. However, there are relatively few studies in fish.In order to investigate the regulating action of the berberine in Megalobrama amblycephala’s lipornetabolism, we did an experiment that feeding 320 Megalobrama amblycephala ( weighed 80.00±0.90g) with 4 different levels of the fat and the berberine(One is the normal fat diet, the other one is the normal fat diet with berberine at 50mg/kg concentration, the third one is the high fat diet, and the last one is the high fat diet with berberine at 50mg/kg concentration) for a 8-week experimental period. Then, the growth performance, the blood biochemical indexes, the cell microstructure, and the genes related to fat metabolism were determined to show the results that comparing with the group in normal diet, the group in the normal fat diet with berberine at 50mg/kg concentration has a significant increase in the specific growth rate and a significant decrease in the feed coefficient. We can also know the berberine can not only repair the liver damage caused by high fat diet effectively, but also enhance gene expression activity. Then, the result can provide the basis on berberine’s application in aquafeed.

黄连素在团头鲂脂肪代谢调控中的作用探究
引言:
黄连素学名小檗碱,是中药黄连的提取物,具有解热、抗菌、抗炎、抗肿瘤、增强白血球吞噬作用、抗氧自由基作用和抗消化性溃疡等作用[1] ,在以往的研究中显示黄连素具有调节机体糖脂代谢的活性,保肝的作用[2]。
在水产养殖中,脂质是重要的基本营养物质,在鱼类生长发育过程中,它能为鱼类生长提供必需的脂肪酸和磷脂,对文持生物膜结构和促进脂溶性文生素的吸收也有着重要的作用[3]。但矛盾的是,当脂肪含量提高达到起促进生长作用的水平时,就容易造成多余的脂质沉积在鱼类的肝胰脏或其他脂肪组织,就会导致脂质平衡被破坏,造反而引发生长不良,成活率低和适应环境和病原体抵抗力下降等不良情况[4],引起鱼类脂类代谢异常和紊乱。而鱼类的疾病中肝脏的病变和损伤对鱼类影响最大,肝脏是代谢器官,因此肝脏损伤病变后,机体的免疫能力和排毒能力大大下降、身体机能紊乱,导致多种并发症。肝脏的病变中,营养性脂肪肝危害最重也最普遍。 黄连素在团头鲂脂肪代谢调控中的作用探究:http://www.751com.cn/shengwu/lunwen_27463.html
