摘要:本研究以杨树为村料,研究了盐胁迫条件下木霉T-soybean对杨树抗性的诱导作用。结果表明,经木霉T-soybean处理的杨树植株长势较用PDA处理杨树植株茂盛,杨树植株的生长指标(叶片大小、株高、根长、侧根数)较对照有显著提高。同时,木霉T-soybean处理杨树的POD、SOD、CAT、叶绿素含量、根系活力也较对照有显著提高。50mM/L、100mM/L、150mM/L、200mM/L NaCl胁迫下,木霉T-soybean能诱导杨树提高对盐的抗性。与对照相比,木霉处理组的POD活性、SOD活性、CAT活性、叶绿素含量、根系活力都有所提升。以上结果表明,木霉T-soybean能够诱导杨树提高对盐的抗性。36161

Salt Resistance Analysis of Poplar Induced by Trichoderma T-soybean
Abstract: Induction resistance of Trichoderma T-soybean on poplar was studied under salt stress. It was showed that compared to control plants, plants inoculated with Trichoderma T-soybean were much more flourishing, and size of leaves root length, plant height as well as number of lateral root increased significantly. Meanwhile, activities of POD, SOD, CAT, chlorophyll of content as well as root activity also increased significantly. Furthermore, Trichoderma T-soybean induced the resistance of poplar to salt. Compared to control, POD activity, SOD activity, CAT activity, chlorophyll content and root activity were improved. In sum, Trichoderma T-soybean induced resistance of poplar to salt.

木霉T-soybean诱导杨树抗盐性分析
引言
木霉属真菌门,半知菌亚门,丝孢纲,丝孢目,丛梗孢科,是一种生物防治真菌,俗称环境友好型植病生物防治真菌。广泛存在于植物的根系周围环境中,即存在于不同环境条件下的土壤当中。木霉对植物种子的活力、株高、幼苗根系活性及幼苗叶片中叶绿素和可溶性蛋白含量等,都有着明显的增进作用,由此,科学家们从生化和分子水平上对拮抗木霉的生防机制进行一系列研究,并有较大的成功[1]。木霉可以使植物产生多种具有拮抗作用的生物活性物质,例如;细胞壁降解酶类和次级代谢产物,并能提高植物的抗逆性,促进植物生长以及提高农产品产量,因此被广泛应用于生物防治方面,或是生物肥料及土壤改良剂[2]。
