摘要 :随着近几年来社会经济的快速发展,水环境污染日益严重,水源地水质恶化情况日益严重,特别是重金属污染尤为棘手。然而人工湿地作为一种新型的生态污水净化处理系统,具有节省投资、操作简单、净化水质质量高、运行效果显著稳定、还能美化环境提高环境质量,最重要的是对重金属污水的净化效果显著成为研究热点。本次毕业设计实验的是为通过研究水平潜流湿地中菖蒲的抗氧化性是否受pb含量的影响,来判别菖蒲是否能够成为在人工湿地中有效的净化含有pb的污水的植物。通过比较含有不同浓度的pb废水的人工模拟湿地中菖蒲对pb的吸收情况和菖蒲抗氧化性的能力是否收到影响,来研究菖蒲抗氧化性在净化污水中的能力。研究的结果对于人工湿地的植物配置选择、人工湿地对污水的净化和生态保护以及生态修复工作有着重要的价值意义。37307

By comparing with different concentrations of pb in the artificial simulation of the wetland wastewater calamus on the absorption of pb and calamus oxidation resistance ability is affected, to study the calamus oxidation resistance ability in sewage treatment. The results of the study of artificial wetland plants configuration choice, artificial wetland for sewage purification and ecological protection and ecological restoration work has important significance.
