摘要：屋顶绿化是一种新型的绿化形式，有着诸多好处和不同于地面绿化的特殊之处。随着屋顶绿化建设的增多，急需一个屋顶绿化评价指标体系对屋顶绿化进行科学有效的评价。
在查阅资料和存在的标准规范的基础上，确立了美观，功能，安全，经济，生态，社会751个方面的评价模型标准，并制定了相应的评价细则。应用此标准对上海市屋顶绿化进行评价。
本次研究选取了上海市17处屋顶绿化场所进行调研，选取了不同面积，建造时间，区域，建筑类型和绿化类型的屋顶绿化以确保评价结果的科学和代表性。在751个方面的评价中，安全评价整体都很好，美观评价和功能评价最为参差不齐，商业建筑的屋顶绿化的经济评价都比较不错，社会评价大多数不是很好。另外通过对具体案例的分析探讨，分析了各个评价得分高低的原因，发现了一些问题，对上海市今后屋顶绿化的发展有一定的帮助作用。38490

SURVEY AND EVALUATION OF CURRENT SITUATION OF GREEN-ROOF IN SHANGHAI
ABSTRACT：Green-roof is a new form of green in the city, which has many benefits, and there are different from the green on land. With the increase in green-roof construction, we need an evaluation system for green-roof to evaluate it effectively and scientifically.
On the basis of access to information and present standards established. An evaluation model is established with beautiful, functional, security, economic, ecological and social. Applicate this standard to evaluate the green-roof in Shanghai.
The study took place in 17 green-roof in Shanghai, select by the different area, different construction time, different building type and different types of green to ensure scientific and representative evaluation results. In the evaluation of six areas, the safety assessment are good. The gap of beautiful evaluation and functional evaluation are obvious. Green-roof on the commercial buildings are with great economic evaluation. Social evaluation are not good enough for most green-roof. Further Discussion on the analysis of specific cases, and analyzes the reasons for the high and low scores for each evaluation, found some problems which may be helpful for the development of green-roofs in Shanghai.
