摘要:山楂是蔷薇科植物,是一种非常重要的医食两用的珍贵药材资源,并且在我国的种植面积十分的广泛,现代医学证明,山楂拥有抗衰老,降低血压,降地血脂,而且可以增加冠脉血流量,防癌,抗癌,抗氧化,提高身体免疫力等多项生理活性,医学表明,这些生理活性都是和山楂中所含有的黄酮等活性成分有着十分密切的关系, 但现代对于研究山楂黄酮的提取却十分的稀少,因此,本实验课题主要就是针对分别用两种不同的提取方法,乙醇回流法,以及超声波提取法对山楂中的黄酮进行提取,并分别进行温度,时间,料液比,等单因素实验的测定。最后比较两种方法之间的提取效率以及提取的差异,其结果表明,超声波提取法提取效果要好于乙醇回流提取法。41398

Extraction of Flavonoids from Hawthorn
Abstract:Hawthorn is Rosaceae plants, is a kind of very important medical and edible precious medicinal resources, and in our country's planting area is very extensive, modern medicine has proved that Hawthorn has anti-aging, lowering blood pressure, reducing blood fat, increase coronary blood flow, anti-cancer, anti-cancer, anti oxidation, enhance the body immunity, and so on a number of physiological activity, medicine shows that these physiological activity and hawthorn contains flavonoids and other active ingredients are a very close relationship, but modern for the study of hawthorn flavonoids extraction is very rare. Therefore, the experimental class is mainly for respectively with two kinds of different extraction method and ethanol reflux method and ultrasonic The extraction method of flavonoids in hawthorn was extracted, and the temperature, time, material liquid ratio, and other single factor experiments were carried out. Finally, the extraction efficiency and the differences between the two methods were compared.Finally, the extraction efficiency and the difference between the two methods were compared. The results showed that the extraction effect of ultrasonic extraction was better than the ethanol extraction method.
