摘要草莓(学名:Fragaria × ananassa Duch)。属蔷薇科草莓属多年生草本。实验用草莓是将山上的“红颊”草莓移植到学校温室中,再进行培养、取材。取材的时间分别是8月27日、9月1日、9月12日、9月15日、9月23日、9月26日、9月30日、10月10日。然后对采摘下来的草莓茎尖进行切片处理,最后用显微镜对不同时期的草莓花芽进行观察分析。根据这次实验的结果,将草莓花芽分化的过程分为8个时期,分别为:花芽未分化期、花芽初始分化期、花芽分化后期、花序分化期、萼片分化期、花瓣分化期、雄蕊分化期、雌蕊分化期。从草莓花芽分化过程的研究可以看出,草莓的花芽形态分化一开始是在9月初,而一般在适宜的花芽分化的条件下,5-10天左右就可以完成成花的诱导。44102
