摘要：本课题主要研究玉竹提取液在美白产品中的稳定性及其与白菊花提取液的美白功效。方法为：制备分别含2%、4%、6%、8%、10%玉竹提取液的乳液，观察这些样品在-18℃，48℃，常温和光照条件下1个月的稳定性，考察其颜色、pH值和黏度的变化。通过美白体外功效测试来验证玉竹提取液和玉竹白菊花提取液（竹菊美白方）对酪氨酸酶的抑制作用。以同样的方法观察竹菊美白方在样品中的稳定性。经测试，分别含2%、4%、6%、8%、10%玉竹提取液乳液的pH值和黏度变化都是在正常范围之内，符合化妆品QB/T2286 - 1997标准，玉竹提取液乳液的颜色没有明显变化。分别含2%、4%、6%、8%、10%竹菊提取液乳化体系中，8%，10%两个添加量的样品出现出油分层现象，而其他样品pH值，黏度变化都是在正常范围之内，颜色没有明显变化，也符合化妆品QB/T2286 - 1997标准。玉竹提取液和竹菊美白方均具有抑制酪氨酸酶的美白功效，并且竹菊美白方的抑制率高于玉竹提取液，说明玉竹和白菊花提取液具有协同增效作用。7573

Extract of Polygonatum odoratum in the application of whitening products
Abstract：The main research topic is the whitening effect of Polygonatum odoratum extract in whitening products,And the Polygonatum extract and Chrysanthemum collaboration with whitening effect.Through the experiments in five samples with 2%, 4%, 6%, 8%, 10%, polygonatum odoratum extract,To observe the containing 2%, 4%, 6%, 8%, 10% of Polygonatum odoratum sample in -18 degrees, 48 degrees, normal temperature and light stability, time of a month, the color change during the sample, pH change and the change in viscosity. With whitening in vitro test to verify the jade bamboo rysanthemum extract and inhibition of tyrosinase. The ame method of mixed liquid of Polygonatum odoratum extract and white chrysanthemum (Chrysanthemum white square bamboo) stability in the sample and whitening effect.After the test，2%, 4%, 6%, 8%, 6%, five add amount of jade bamboo extract respectively in the emulsion system of pH, viscosity changes are within the normal range, conform to the cosmetic standard QB/T2286-1997, the color of the jade bamboo extract emulsion system there is no obvious change.Respectively 2%, 4%, 6%, 8%, 6% in bamboo chrysanthemum extract emulsion system, 8%, 10% samples in both the amount of the oil layer, while the other sample pH, viscosity changes were within the normal range, and color no obvious change, also conforms to the cosmetic standard QB/T2286-1997. White jade bamboo bamboo chrysanthemum extract and beauty have inhibition of tyrosinase whitening effect, and inhibition rate higher than jade bamboo chrysanthemum beauty white bamboo extract, jade bamboo and chrysanthemum morifolium extract have synergies effect.
