摘 要:玉米秸秆作为纤维板原料,可以减少木材的消耗,增加经济效益,提高对农作物秸秆的开发利用。由于秸秆的表面结构特性,导致了胶粘剂的大量使用,增加了对人体健康的危害。采用生物法处理能有效解决这一问题,同时一定程度上减少纤维板制作过程中能量的消耗,促进人造板行业的可持续发展。本论文分别对三株菌预处理玉米秸的原料压制纤维板进行了初步研究,结果发现:预处理后的秸秆样品中具有胶粘作用的糖类含量提高,改变了玉米秸秆木质纤维素结构,破坏了秸秆表面构造;对压制的纤维板性能进行了初步研究,发现预处理后秸秆压制的纤维板具有一定的防水性和阻燃性。57847
