摘要:粉尘污染是全球生态环境问题之一。 可引发多种心血管、呼吸道疾病等。本文通过模拟人工降尘,测定粉尘胁迫下蔬菜的生长指标,包括蔬菜滞尘量、水分含量、叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量、蛋白质含量、丙二醛(MDA)、保护酶的活性(包括超氧化物歧化酶SOD、过氧化物酶POD、过氧化氢酶CAT)等一系列生理指标测定,分析蔬菜(生菜)的生长指标变化,得出相应结果并提出解决方案,进而为这一技术提供理论基础及实践依据。实验得出的主要有以下几个结果:1.生长势随着粉尘胁迫频率的提高,呈现下降趋势,但幅度不大。2.随着粉尘胁迫频率的提高,水分含量、叶绿素、可溶性蛋白质、都在下降。3.由于粉尘胁迫加快了生菜的衰老,可溶性糖、丙二醛含量、保护酶的活性呈上升趋势。建议不要在为了解粉尘污染对蔬菜等植物生理生长的影响提供了基础数据支持。58162

Growth index of vegetables under dust stress
Abstract: Dust pollution is one of the global ecological environment problems. It can cause a variety of cardiovascular and respiratory diseases. In this paper, by measuring growth indices of vegetables under the stress of dust, including dust amount of vegetables, water content, chlorophyll content, soluble sugar content, protein content,malondialdehyde (MDA) and the activity of protective enzyme (including superoxide dismutase SOD, peroxidase POD, catalase CAT) and a series of physiological indexes determination. Based on the analysis of the growth index of vegetables (lettuce), the corresponding results are obtained and the solutions are put forward, which provides theoretical basis and practical basis for this technology. The main results showed as followings:1. The growth potential shows a decreasing trend with the increase of dust stress frequency, but it was not very large.2. The water content, chlorophyll and soluble protein were all decreased with the increase of dust stress.3.Due to the dust stress accelerate the aging of lettuce, soluble sugar, MDA content and protective enzyme activity present upward trend. In order to understand the effect of dust pollution on the physiological growth of vegetables, it provides basic data support.
