摘 要:为探讨淮安野生鲫鱼染色体倍性，采用PHA和秋水仙素体内注射法制作肾细胞染色体标本，对16尾淮安野生鲫鱼的染色体的核型进行了分析。结果表明，淮安市野生鲫鱼体细胞染色体由100条染色体组成。染色体组型按着丝粒位置可分为四组，分别为中部着丝粒染色体2对，亚中部着丝粒染色体2对，亚端部着丝粒染色体15对，端部着丝粒染色体31对，每对染色体均由二条同源染色体组成。结果表明，淮安市野生鲫鱼存在二倍体种群，其染色体数目为2n=l00，核型公式为2n=4m+4sm+30st+62t，其染色体总臂数为NF=108。66656

Abstract: In order to investigate the composition characteristics of the karyotype of wild crucian in Huaian, chromosomes and karyotype of 16 wild crucian in Huaian were analyzed by body directly injection method of PHA and colchicine making the specimen of the chromosomes of the kidney cell. The results show that chromosomes of the kidney cell are composed of 100 elementary chromosomes. The elementary chromosomes can be pided into four sections according to the position of the centromere which are 2 metacentric chromosomes, 2 submetacerrtric chromosomes, 15 subteocentric chromosomes and 31 telocentric chromosomes. A11 the chromosome groups are composed of two complete matched homologous chromosomes. These results indicated that wild crucian in Huaian is a Diploid, whose chromosome number is 2n=100, the karyotype formula is 2n=4m+4sm+30st+62t，The total number of chromosome arms NF=108.

1 前言
鲫鱼在分类上属鲤科，鲤亚科，鲫属。亚欧大陆上两个种，分别为黑鲫种(Carassius carassius Linaeus)和鲫种(Carassius auratus Linnaeus)。其中鲫种又分多个变种：鲫(Carassiusau ratos L.)和银鲫(Carassius auratrzs gibelioB loch)亚种，以及红鲫、白鲫、金鱼等多个变种[1]。
鲫鱼（学名：Carassius auratus，简称鲫，俗名鲫瓜子、月鲫仔、土鲫、细头、鲋鱼、寒鲋）在欧亚地区为常见淡水鱼，为辐鳍鱼纲鲤形目鲤科鲫属的其中一种鱼类。鲫鱼经过人工养殖和选育，可以产生许多新品种，例如金鱼就是由此产生的一种观赏鱼类。论文网
