摘要:世界能源的快速消耗和环境的不断恶化,促进了生物燃料的迅速发展,利用木质纤维原料制备燃料乙醇代替传统化石能源的技术成为当今世界的研究热点之一。纤维素燃料乙醇生产过程中,纤维素酶的成本占了整个生产成本的一半左右,因此纤维素酶生产成本是纤维素乙醇走向市场的主要障碍,所以寻找到最为合适的诱导剂对纤维素酶的生产起到了很重要的作用。本论文研究了四种不同的诱导剂即微晶纤维素、乳糖、低聚木糖和葡萄糖诱导产纤维素酶的影响,实验结果表明微晶纤维素的诱导效果最理想,酶活最大值达到2.000U,比葡萄糖的最大酶活提升了3.075倍;乳糖的诱导效果次之,酶活最大值达到1.265U,比葡萄糖的最大酶活提升1.578倍;低聚木糖和葡萄糖均不适合做诱导剂。68380

Abstract:Fast the world's energy consumption and environment worsening, promoted the rapid development of biofuels, therefore, as an alternative to traditional fossil energy technology, the use of lignocellulosic materials for fuel ethanol become one of the world's research focus. Cellulose ethanol production process, the cost of cellulase accounted for about half of the whole production cost, so the cost of cellulase production is the main obstacle in the cellulose ethanol, so to find the most suitable inducer of cellulase production has played a very important role. This paper studies the four kinds of different inducers microcrystalline cellulose, low lactose, xylose and glucose induced cellulase production process, the experimental results show that the induced effect of microcrystalline cellulose is the most ideal, the enzyme activity a maximum of 2.000U, than the largest glucose enzyme activity increased 3.075 times; The findings and the induced effect of lactose enzyme activity a maximum of 1.265U, than the largest glucose enzyme activity increase 1.578 times; Low poly xylose and glucose are not fit for revulsant.
