摘要巴旦木,产地为新疆,种植面积大,具有悠久的栽培历史。许多研究表明黄酮类化合物具有抗氧化活性,记忆性,促进大脑发达健脑,心脏疾病,益肝,和胃,补肾,润肠,强筋,壮骨,养颜护肤等保健功能。本文以巴旦木果壳为原料,采用乙醇回流提取巴旦木果壳中的黄酮,采用正交试验优化提取工艺,并对巴旦木果壳中的黄酮的抗氧化活性进行研究,试验结果如下;采用乙醇回流提取法对巴旦木果壳总的黄酮类化合物的提取工艺进行单因素试验,得到的最佳工艺条件为;乙醇浓度70%,料液比1;20,回流时间2h,提取温度70%。在此条件下,得到的黄酮含量为17.75mg/g,考察巴旦木黄酮的体外清楚自由基的能力抗氧化活性,实验结果表明巴旦木果壳中的黄酮能够很好的清楚DPPH自由基,羟基自由。通过巴旦木果壳中黄酮的还原力与相同浓度的 Vc 相比相当,说明巴旦木果壳总黄酮具有较好的抗氧化活性能力。实验结果说明巴旦木果壳黄酮的抗氧化活性较强,实验结果为巴旦木的开发利用提供更多的有效方法和途径。48322
Abstract
Almond, the origin of Xinjiang, the planting area, has a long history of cultivation. The experimental results show that the total flavonoids of almond shell can well clear DPPH free radicals, hydroxyl free. Through the reduction of total flavonoids of almond shell with the same concentration of Vici compared to less, those total flavonoids of almond shell has better antioxidant activity. Experimental results show that the total flavonoids of almond shell has strong antioxidant activity, effects of free radicals.
