摘要本文主要研究杭州国际西湖博览会对杭州经济的影响。首先,对杭州西博会的经济影响力运用主成分分析法经行定量评估,选取国民经济、财政收支、 固定资产投资和对外经济贸易与旅游这四个指标。运用MATLAB编程计算出1978-1989年实际杭州经济综合评价值。其次对于理想情况,利用1978-1999年的原始数据,运用本底趋势模型预测出1990-2013年杭州经济综合评价值,其中由于1998年特大洪水事件,对全国经济造成了一定的影响,为了使预测值更加客观具有真实性,对1998-2000的八项指标数据用内插法进行处理,并且使用显著性分析和残差分析,对拟合方程进行检验。最后,通过对1990-2013年实际经济综合评价值和根据本底趋势模型预测出的1990-2013年经济综合评价值经行作差,计算出西博会每年对杭州经济的影响力,发现西博会对杭州经济起促进作用。46720
This paper devotes to the hangzhou west lake expo in hangzhou international economic impact study.
First of all, the influence to the economy of hangzhou west lake expo using principal component analysis (pca) in quantitative evaluation, the selection of the national economy, fiscal revenue and expenditure, fixed asset investment and foreign economic relations and trade and tourism these four indicators. Using MATLAB program to calculate the actual hangzhou economic value in 1978-1989.
Second for an ideal situation, the use of the raw data from 1978 to 1999, using background trend model to predict in hangzhou from 1990 to 2013, the comprehensive economic evaluation which due to flooding events in 1998, had a certain influence on the national economy, in order to make the forecast more objective authenticity, eight indexes of 1998-2000 data processing, using interpolation method and using the significant analysis and residual analysis, test the fitting equation.
Finally, based on the actual economic value in 1990-2013 and according to the background trend model to predict the economic value in 1990-2013 after poor on line, calculate the influence of the west lake expo in hangzhou every year economic, found that the west lake expo in hangzhou promoting effect on the economy.
