摘要：股权投资基金着重于对一级资本市场的投资，对我国多层次资本市场的发展具有重要的支撑作用。在股权投资基金的“募投管退”的运作过程中募资模式的创新是其核心竞争力的重要组成部分。本文在分析股权投资基金的现状及特点的基础上，结合金融工程、商业模式创新和平台战略来论证，对股权投资基金募资策略的制定进行了较为系统的研究，并通过芝麻资本的实际运作案例，提出了股权投资基金通过构建多边募资资源平台的方式制定募资模式的可操作性策略，以期对我国股权投资基金的健康发展提供借鉴和参考。70694

The build strategy of Private Equity’s LP Platform

Abstract: Private Equity focus on invest in level capital market,Which plays an important supporting role in the development of multi-level capital market in China.In the operation of “Fund-raising、investment、management、Capital withdrawal”of  Private Equity,the innovation of the fund-raising model is an important part of its core competitiveness.This paper analyzes the status and characteristics of Private Equity,combined with financial engineering, business model innovation and platform strategy to demonstrate the development of Private Equity fund-raising strategy for a more systematic study,and through the actual operation of “ZHIMA capital” case, put forward the equity investment fund through the construction of multilateral fund-raising resources platform to develop the fund-raising model of the operational strategy, with a view to the healthy development of China's Private Equity to provide reference.
