摘要:计算机、通信、控制技术与信号技术集成一个自动化水平高的列车运行自动控制系统(简称列控系统)。列车自动保护系统(Automatic Train Protection,缩写ATP)亦称列车超速防护系统,是城市轨道交通列控系统的主要组成部分,对自动控制列车运行起着非常重要的作用,其性能直接影响到中国城市轨道交通运输的效率和安全,故需要采用合理恰当的文修工作来保证和提高城轨ATP系统的可靠性和安全性。24464
本文应用故障模式及影响分析(Failure Modes and Effects Analysis,缩写FMEA)技术对城轨ATP系统的重要故障模式及影响进行文修分析,在分析中对城轨ATP设备采用系统FMEA和功能FMEA相结合的故障模式及影响分析的文修分析。
首先,明确城轨ATP系统的结构和功能,运用所述原理和程序对上海地铁1号线的城轨ATP系统进行FMEA分析工作,确定故障模式后果严重度、故障原因发生度以及故障原因检测度。
之后,根据FMEA分析理论,计算出风险优先级顺序RPN值,得出故障模式及影响分析风险评价,并依据FMEA分析结果针对设备的不同严重程度的故障模式提出相应的文修建议措施。
最后,总结全文,说明论文存在的问题和进一步研究的方向。

Analysis of urban rail ATP system maintenance
based FMEA
Abstract: Automatic Train Control System consist of Computer, communication, control technology and signal technology, and is of a high level automation. Automatic train protection system, also known as automatic train protection system, is an important part of urban rail train control system, it plays a very important role on trains’ running under the automatic control. It’s performance directly affects the efficiency and safety of chinese urban rail transportation, so reasonable and appropriate maintenance work needs to be done to ensure and improve the reliability and security of the urban rail Automatic train protection system.
In this thesis, Failure modes and effects analysis(FMEA) technical is applied to analyze the failure modes and effect of equipment maintenance in urban rail Automatic train protection system. And in this analysis, system FMEA and functional FMEA will be combined to analyze the failure modes and effect of equipment maintenance .
Firstly, clear the structure and function of urban rail Automatic train protection system, use the principles and procedures of failure mode and effect analysis to analyze urban rail Automatic train protection system of Shanghai Metro Line one. Identify the severity of the failure modes, the occurrence of failure and the detection of the reason.
Secondly, according to the Failure modes and effects analysis theory to calculate the risk priority order called RPN value. Give failure mode and effect analysis risk assessment of equipment maintenance. Then make recommended measures for the different failure modes based on the results of the Failure modes and effects analysis.
Finally, summarize the content of this study, identify the problems existed and directions for further research.
