摘要随着无线通信技术的迅速发展,人们对全集成射频前端产品的要求越来越高,通常我们会利用差分技术去实现集成射频前端,这是射频前端的关键部分之一。差分天线直接将差分信号馈入天线的两个端口,这为设计高度集成的射频前端提供了新的方式,同时可以改善天线辐射性能,降低交叉极化辐射成分。25229
本论文主要研究了宽带差分微带天线,论文的内容主要包括以下几点:
首先,介绍了差分微带天线的研究现状、微带天线和差分天线的基础理论,分析了差分微带天线的特点。
其次,设计了一个中心工作频率为3GHz的宽带差分微带天线,该天线在贴片对称位置上开了两个十字型槽,从而增加了天线带宽,使带宽达到41.9%,实现了宽频带的设计要求。还将该天线与单端口馈电微带天线比较,从而突显出差分馈电的优势。
最后,为便于与射频电路集成和实际测量,对差分微带天线的馈电转换电路进行设计。将双探针馈电过渡为差分微带线馈电,并利用Wilkinson功分器,实现了差分天线向单馈天线的转换。

Title    Broadband Differentially-Driven Microstrip Antenna Design                                            
Abstract
The rapid development of wireless communication technology promotes the need of integrated RF front-end product.As one of the key components of RF front—end,differential antenna directly feeds the differential signal into the two ports of the antenna.It provides a new method for highly integrated RF front end.At the same time, the differential antenna can improve the radiation performance and reduce the cross-polar radiation component.
This paper mainly studies the Broadband differential microstrip antenna .It can be pided into the following parts:
First,the research status of the differential microstrip antenna and the basic theory of microstrip antenna and differential antenna is introduced. Then the characteristics of differential microstrip antenna are analyzed in this chapter.
Secondly, we design a center frequency of 3 GHz broadband differentially-driven microstrip antenna. Two cross shaped are symmetrically etched on the radiating patch to increase the bandwidth .The bandwidth of 41.9% can meet the requirements of broadband. In addition, it is compared with single-ended microstrip antennas to highlighting the advantages of antenna.
Finally, in order to integrate with RF circuits, we convert the feed circuit of the differentially-driven microstrip antenna. The double - probe feed is converted into differential microstrip line feed .It also makes the measurement of the antenna change convenient. Besides, the conversion of the differential antenna to a single feed antenna is realized by using Wilkinson power pider.
