摘要本论文的主要工作是对干涉滤光片的光谱透过率的进行研究。透过率是指光入射到光学系统的光通量与通过系统后的出射光通量之比,它表示能量在光学系统中传输损失情况,它的大小直接影响到人们观察物体的像的亮度大小。本系统通过计算机控制单色仪,并与氘灯光源组合成波长连续可调光源,以光功率计作为探测器,对200nm至600nm波长范围内的光谱透过率进行相关测量。
本论文首先介绍了有关透过率测量的研究现状和研究意义,其次介绍了透过率测量的有关原理,接着介绍测量系统的总体组成结构,并对组成系统的各部分进行详细阐述,最后通过搭建系统进行实验的测量,分析实验数据,对干涉滤光片的光谱透过率有一个实际了解,并对后续进一步工作做铺垫。27022

Title Testing of interference filter spectral transmittance
Abstract
The main work of this paper is to study interference filter spectra transmittance. Spectral transmittance is that the radio of transmitted beam luminous flux and incident luminous flux, and it shows the situation of the energy transmission loss in optical system,and the size of transmittance directly affects the size of the brightness of the observation image. The system which consists of monochromator controlled by a computer, and in combination with deuterium light source into a continuous wavelength tunable light source and optical power meter as a detector to achieve the rate of interference filter spectral transmission measurement, and the measured wavelength within the range from 200nm to 600nm.
First this paper describes the significance of the research and the present situation of interference filter spectral transmission measurement, and next introduces the principle of transmittance measurement, then introduces the overall structure of the system mentioned above, and the principles of each sub-pided system. Finally build the system to get the experimental data, analysis the data to have a practical understanding of the spectral transmittance of interference filters, and make a theory basic for the following research.
