摘要运动视频中的目标检测是计算机视觉和图像处理领域里一个相当重要的课题，在实际生活中，许多有用信息包含在运动的目标中，因此将其快速分离是对图像后续分析处理的关键操作。目前已经被成熟的运用在国防和国民经济建设等领域中，而且其应用范围还在不断增加。人们在实际生活中，对某一场景的长时间监控常采用摄像机，而对目标的检测和识别是靠人来完成的，这个具有非常不稳定的确定因素和高昂的成本，因此运动目标检测的理论的实现是具有现实意义的。围绕这个检测理论，人们做出了大量有意义的工作，由于其潜在的应用前景已经成为了目前视觉处理界研究者们工作的热点之一。28143
本文首先介绍了图像预处理的相关内容及运动目标检测的相关检测技术，分析了两种运动目标检测的算法。在此基础之上，使用Matlab软件进行算法仿真实验，初步实现了背景差分法和帧间差分两种运动目标检测算法。

Abstract
