摘要本文论述了一种小型的毫米波多普勒测速仪。由于毫米波具有宽带宽,高分辨率等特点,使它在现代的军事、民用等领域的应用越来越广泛。因此,基于实际的工程项目,设计了一种小体积、低成本、高性能的8mm毫米波段多普勒测速仪,并实现了对所采集的回波信号进行处理的软硬件设计。在硬件设计方面,根据信号处理要求设计并实现了信号处理板的各模块电路;在软件设计方面,对各个软件模块进行了FPGA实现并进行了仿真测试。且基于研制的8mm波段多普勒测速样机,进行了测距测速性能测试,试验结果表明,本文论述系统性能良好。本次设计在保证测速仪性能的前提下,真正的实现了小体积和低成本的目的,为现实生活中毫米波测速的应用奠定了基础。所设计的测速仪可用于警用测速、车船防撞船舶靠岸等近程探测系统。29002

Title Design of 8mm band Doppler velocimeter
Abstract
This paper discusses a kind of millimeter wave Doppler velocimeter. The millimeter wave with wide bandwidth, high resolution, it has been more and more widely used in modern military and civil field. Therefore, based on the actual project design a kind of small volume, low cost, high performance of 8mm millimeter wave Doppler velocimetry, and realize the acquisition of the echo signal processing hardware and software design. In the aspect of hardware design, according to the signal processing design requirement and realize the signal processing board of each module circuit; in the aspect of software design, for each software module of FPGA implementation and simulation tests are made. And based on development of 8mm band Doppler velocimetry prototype, ranging and velocity measurement performance test. The experimental results show that in this paper, the good performance of the system. The design in the premise of ensuring the velocimeter performance, truly realized has the advantages of small volume and low cost, and laid the foundation for the application of millimeter wave velocity in real life. The speedometerdesign can be used for vehicle collision avoidance, ship speed police and other short-range detection system.
