摘要激光雷达测距过程的建模与仿真是激光雷达设计和性能评估的重要环节,是激光雷达研究的重要内容之一。论文在简要介绍激光雷达发展历史与典型应用,并讨论了脉冲测距、相位测距和干涉测距等基本测距方法。在此基础上,在Matlab环境下编写了激光雷达测距过程仿真的计算机程序,重点考虑了激光发射功率、大气衰减、大气传播抖动、阈值电平、目标反射率和计时抖动等因素对激光雷达测距特性的影响。结果表明,激光发射功率的增加、大气衰减的减小和目标反射率的增加将改善接收信噪比,在恒阈值鉴别模式下回波鉴别时刻有所提前,测得距离变短,同时测距的密集度有一定程度的改善;大气传播抖动和计时抖动将直接影响测距数据离散分布的密集程度,抖动越大,测距数据离散分布范围就越宽。5605

Title Modeling and simulation of laser radar range
measurement process
Abstract
Process modeling and simulation of laser radar ranging is one of an important part of laser radar design and performance evaluation, and also an important part of laser radar research. This paper briefly introduces the history of the development of laser radar and typical application, and discusses the basic ranging method of pulse ranging, phase ranging, and interference ranging etc. On this basis, program of the laser radar ranging process simulation has been written in Matlab environment, focusing on the effect of the power of laser emission, atmospheric attenuation, atmospheric propagation jitter, threshold level, the target reflectivity and timing jitter on the characteristics of laser radar range.
The results show that, with the laser power increasing, the increase of atmospheric attenuation decreasing and target reflectivity increasing, the received SNR will be improved, at the constant threshold differential mode, Echo identification will be advanced, the measured distance is shorter, while ranging intensity has improved to some extent; Atmospheric propagation jitter and timing jitter will directly affect the intensity of the discrete distribution of the ranging data, as jitter increased, the discrete distribution of ranging data will be more wide.
